Mohini Soman is a seasoned Business Executive and Leadership coach, and Conflict Resolution Specialist, with 25+ years expertise in labour law mediation (CCMA, industry specific Bargaining Councils and Accredited Agencies).

She has designed the SPACE coaching model

to assist and empower executives and leaders navigating VUCA-world challenges to transition from reactive “hamster wheel” survival to mindful and authentic leadership.

A Wits Business School graduate (Masters in Management - Business Executive Coaching) and women empowerment advocate, she is also a member of the International Coaching Federation of Professional Coaches (ICF). Her narrative, driven by a solutions-focused coaching approach, fosters self-awareness, behavioral agility, and increased confidence to lead with intent and authenticity.

She also assists in implementing bespoke integrated conflict management systems incorporating intensive conflict coaching packages, to help executives and leaders create conflict competent working environments.
